General Guidelines

We take clothing in for processing during store hours everday: Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm. No appointment necessary.

We are happy to look at all seasons, but we will take more of the current season.

Periodically we must limit intake on certain items and/or sizes, but usually just for a short period of time. Just because we can't take it one week, doesn't mean that we won't take it the next. We will do our best to let you know if there is an item we would love to have you bring back at a later date.

All items should be in excellent condition and freshly laundered. Please check to make sure all buttons, snaps, zippers and clasps are funtional. If an item needs batteries, so do we.

Items we are not able to take are returned to you unless you would like us to donate them for you. We have been giving to the Jeffco Action Center and they are so grateful for the outpouring of items that aid those utilizing their services.

Discounts/Coupons do not apply when using in-store credit.

During large sale events, we may not be able to take in clothing for processing. Please call ahead of time to make sure there is availability and check our "News Feed" for the latest on upcoming events.
